Purpose of Role

To plan and deliver high-quality Physics instruction to Senior Secondary students (Classes XI XII) in accordance with the CBSE curriculum, fostering conceptual understanding, scientific inquiry, and academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Physics to Classes XI and XII as per CBSE syllabus and guidelines.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, worksheets, and assessments aligned with learning outcomes.
• Conduct laboratory experiments, demonstrations, and practical examinations safely and effectively.
• Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, projects, and practicals ; maintain accurate records.
• Prepare students for board examinations, competitive exams, and practical assessments.
• Integrate ICT tools, smart classroom resources, and innovative teaching methodologies.
• Provide academic support, mentoring, and remedial classes where required.
• Participate in curriculum planning, academic meetings, and professional development programs.
• Maintain discipline, classroom management, and a positive learning environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding students academic progress.
• Contribute to school activities, examinations, invigilation duties, and CBSE compliance work.
