Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging English lessons for Senior Secondary classes (XI & XII).
• Develop lesson plans aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
• Enhance students’ reading, writing, speaking, and critical thinking skills in English.
• Use innovative teaching methods and integrate technology in classroom teaching.
• Assess and evaluate students’ progress through class tests, assignments, and examinations.
• Prepare students for board exams with proper guidance and practice sessions.
• Maintain records of student performance and provide regular feedback to parents.
• Encourage participation in debates, elocution, essay writing, and literary activities.
• Ensure classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings, workshops, and training.
  

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in English (M.A. English) from a recognized university.
• B.Ed. (mandatory as per CBSE norms).
• Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school (preferred).
• Strong command over spoken and written English.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
• Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and exam patterns.
