Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated PGT Economics teacher to join our senior secondary faculty. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of economic concepts and theories, excellent classroom delivery skills, and a passion for teaching students of Grades XI & XII.

Responsibilities:

• Teach Economics for Grades XI & XII as per the CBSE curriculum
• Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured lessons
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments
• Use real-world examples to help students understand economic principles
• Monitor and support the overall progress and development of students
• Prepare students for board examinations and academic excellence
• Participate in school functions, parent meetings, and professional development programs

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Economics with B.Ed. (mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching senior secondary classes in a CBSE/ICSE school
• Strong knowledge of microeconomics, macroeconomics, and current economic affairs
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills
• Familiarity with digital tools for teaching and learning

Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience
