You should possess a strong academic background and a minimum of 5-6 years of teaching experience in Economics & Business Studies in reputed CBSE-affiliated residential schools in India. Key Responsibilities: - Teach Economics and Business Studies to students of Classes XI and XII, following the CBSE curriculum. - Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments aligned with CBSE guidelines. - Foster an engaging and interactive learning environment to enhance students" understanding of concepts. - Guide students in solving complex problems, case studies, and project work. - Prepare students for board examinations through regular assessments, mock tests, and doubt-clearing sessions. - Integrate modern teaching methodologies, including technology-based learning tools. - Mentor and counsel students for academic excellence and career guidance. - Collaborate with colleagues, participate in faculty meetings, and contribute to school activities. - Maintain discipline and promote ethical and professional conduct among students. - Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated with curriculum changes. Qualification Required: - Masters degree (M.A/M.Sc) in Economics, Business Studies, or related field. - B.Ed. from a recognized institution. - Excellent command over English with strong communication and presentation skills. - Proficiency in using digital tools and technology in education. - Strong classroom management and student engagement skills. - Ability to stay updated with the latest changes in CBSE syllabus and teaching methodologies.
