You must have excellent command over English with strong communication and presentation skills, as well as proficiency in using digital tools and technology in education. Strong classroom management and student engagement skills are essential, along with the ability to stay updated with the latest changes in the CBSE syllabus and teaching methodologies. Your key responsibilities will include teaching Economics and Business Studies to students of Classes XI and XII following the CBSE curriculum, developing lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments aligned with CBSE guidelines, and fostering an engaging and interactive learning environment. You will guide students in solving complex problems, case studies, and project work, preparing them for board examinations through regular assessments, mock tests, and doubt-clearing sessions. Integration of modern teaching methodologies, including technology-based learning tools, is expected, as well as mentoring and counseling students to achieve academic excellence and career guidance.
