Achyuta Public School, Dindigul, is inviting applications for the position of PGT – Economics. We are looking for an experienced and passionate educator who is committed to academic excellence and holistic student development.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Teach Economics to senior secondary classes (XI & XII) as per the CBSE curriculum.
• Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that promote conceptual clarity and analytical thinking.
• Prepare students for board examinations with a focus on scoring strategies and subject mastery.
• Assess, evaluate, and monitor student performance on a regular basis.
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and a conducive classroom learning environment.
• Support students with career guidance related to higher studies in economics, commerce, and management.
• Collaborate with colleagues for curriculum planning and academic improvements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Master’s Degree in Economics with B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred.
• Minimum 7–10 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level.
• Proven expertise in delivering the CBSE curriculum effectively.
• Strong communication, mentoring, and classroom management skills.
• Should be dedicated, punctual, and committed to student success.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
