Position Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Accountancy Teacher to teach Senior Secondary students (Classes 11 & 12 - CBSE) . The ideal candidate should possess deep subject knowledge, effective teaching skills, and a genuine passion for student engagement. This is a full-time residential role that includes active participation in after-school academic sessions (prep classes) and residential responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Teach Accountancy to Classes 11 and 12 as per the CBSE curriculum. Develop lesson plans, academic resources, assignments, and assessments. Prepare students thoroughly for CBSE board examinations. Conduct remedial sessions and provide personalized academic support. Supervise evening study hours and assist with students’ academic planning. Participate actively in school events, mentoring programs, and co-curricular activities. Undertake boarding house duties, ensuring student well-being and discipline in the residential setting. Foster a classroom environment that promotes inquiry, responsibility, and respect. Required Qualifications & Skills: Master’s Degree in Commerce/Accountancy along with a B.Ed. (mandatory). Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience at the Senior Secondary level (CBSE). Prior experience in a residential school setting is an added advantage. Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
