The role of the Provident Fund (PF) Specialist is to manage all aspects of the Provident Fund for the organization. This includes ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, managing contributions and withdrawals, and providing support and guidance to employees regarding their PF accounts. Key Responsibilities • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to Provident Fund management. • Handle employee queries and provide guidance on PF-related matters, including contributions, withdrawals, and transfers. • Maintain up-to-date records of all PF transactions and prepare necessary reports for management review. • Provide support to Active & Inactive employees on PF-related topics. Qualifications and Requirements • Bachelors degree or a related field • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Provident Fund management . • In-depth knowledge of PF regulations and compliance requirements . • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with PF management software . • High level of integrity and attention to detail. Work Environment The PF Specialist will work in an office environment, collaborating closely with the finance and HR departments. The position may require travel to PF office.
