PET BlowMould Machine Operator

Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled Blow Moulding Machine Operators to join our production team. The operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining blow moulding machines to produce high-quality PET bottles used in our beverage packaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor blow moulding machines as per production schedules.
• Set machine parameters and conduct changeovers for different bottle sizes and designs.
• Inspect bottles for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting.
• Record production data, downtime, and maintenance activities accurately.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and hygiene standards within the production area.
• Assist in material handling (preforms, caps, labels) as required.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor promptly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience operating blow moulding machines in FMCG or beverage industries.
• Knowledge of PET bottle manufacturing processes and machine operation.
• Ability to identify and resolve minor mechanical issues.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.
• Physically fit to work in a factory environment and handle standing work shifts.
• ITI / Diploma / relevant technical qualification preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
