We produce a wide range of refreshing soft drinks and juices under stringent standards. Job Summary: We are seeking skilled Blow Moulding Machine Operators to join our production team. The operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining blow moulding machines to produce high-quality PET bottles used in our beverage packaging. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor blow moulding machines as per production schedules. Set machine parameters and conduct changeovers for different bottle sizes and designs. Inspect bottles for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards. Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting. Record production data, downtime, and maintenance activities accurately. Ensure adherence to safety procedures and hygiene standards within the production area. Assist in material handling (preforms, caps, labels) as required. Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor promptly. Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years of experience operating blow moulding machines in FMCG or beverage industries. Knowledge of PET bottle manufacturing processes and machine operation. Ability to identify and resolve minor mechanical issues. Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols. Physically fit to work in a factory environment and handle standing work shifts. ITI / Diploma / relevant technical qualification preferred. Benefits: Competitive salary and overtime allowance.
