Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and empathetic Development Coach to deliver engaging sessions in cognitive skills, emotional intelligence, and personality development for children aged 4–16 years . You’ll guide young learners to improve focus, confidence, communication, and resilience through structured, age-appropriate programs. Responsibilities Facilitate group and one-on-one coaching sessions across different age groups (4–6, 7–12, 13–16) Use structured lesson plans and activities to build skills like: Attention, memory, logic, problem-solving Emotional regulation, social interaction, leadership Create a fun, safe, and supportive learning environment Monitor student progress and provide personalized feedback to parents Collaborate with curriculum developers and trainers to improve session delivery Maintain accurate records of attendance, growth, and behavior observations Participate in parent-teacher meets, workshops, or community events as needed Show more Show less
