Personal Security Officer

The Personal Security Officer (PSO) is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the Managing Director The role requires vigilance, discipline, quick decision-making, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide close protection to the assigned individual at all times.
• Escort and safeguard the individual during travel, meetings, events, and daily activities.
• Monitor surroundings and proactively identify potential threats or risks.
• Manage crowd control and maintain a safe perimeter around the principal.
• Coordinate safe travel routes and conduct route planning for movements.
• Perform security checks of vehicles, premises, and entry points.
• Maintain communication with control room or security team.
• Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
• Ensure confidentiality regarding principal’s movements, schedule, and personal information.
• Maintain daily logs of activities, incidents, and observations.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in security, police, armed forces, or private protection.
• Physically fit, alert, and trained in defensive tactics.
• Valid driving license (preferred).
• Familiarity with security devices, surveillance, and basic first-aid.
• Strong knowledge of threat assessment and risk management.

• Ability to remain calm under stress and make quick decisions.

• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified in personal protection, self-defense, or martial arts.
• Experience working with VIPs/Executives.
• Knowledge of firearms handling (if required
