Personal Security Officer

Role Summary

The Personal Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of an individual (principal) through proactive risk assessment, protective surveillance, threat mitigation, and secure movement management. The role requires high alertness, discretion, and professional conduct at all times.

Key Responsibilities1. Personal Protection

• Provide close protection to the principal during travel, public events, office visits, and private activities.
• Maintain constant situational awareness and detect any suspicious behavior or threats.
• Implement protective formations and security protocols.

2. Risk Assessment & Planning

• Conduct advance planning at venues, residences, and travel routes.
• Identify vulnerabilities and propose mitigation measures.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement or external security teams as needed.

3. Secure Transportation

• Plan secure transportation routes and alternative routes.
• Ensure vehicle readiness and conduct regular security checks.
• Escort the principal safely from point to point.

4. Emergency Response

• Respond immediately to security threats, medical emergencies, or unexpected incidents.
• Execute evacuation procedures when necessary.
• Provide first aid or coordinate medical assistance.

5. Surveillance & Monitoring

• Monitor surroundings using protective surveillance techniques.
• Handle communication devices, GPS trackers, and security tech.
• Maintain logbooks, incident reports, and shift reports.

6. Confidentiality & Professional Conduct

• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the principal’s personal and professional information.
• Uphold a professional, discreet, and respectful demeanor at all times.
• Adhere to all security protocols and legal regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
