Company Description

StarGlazze Film and Television Academy offers comprehensive full-time and part-time programs in screen acting, modeling, cinematography, film direction, filmmaking, photography, video editing, and sound engineering. These programs are designed to meet the standards of both Bollywood and the international film industry. In addition to long-term courses, StarGlazze also provides short screen acting courses at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels, and offers specialized training in areas such as accent training, presenting to camera, and improvisation.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Secretary located in Pune. The Personal Secretary will be responsible for managing clerical tasks, providing personal assistance, and offering executive administrative support to the leadership team. The role includes managing schedules, handling communications, organizing meetings, and maintaining records and documentation. The Personal Secretary will also coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth office operations and support executive-level decision-making processes.

Qualifications

Skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
Proficiency in Clerical Skills and Administrative Assistance
Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Familiarity with office software and tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred but not mandatory
