Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and discreet Personal Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to our Director. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented professional who can manage a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the executive's daily schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage and organize the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail. Draft, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Travel Management: Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation. Prepare detailed itineraries.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and prepare for meetings, including booking meeting rooms, arranging for necessary equipment, and preparing agendas and meeting minutes.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain the utmost confidentiality regarding all sensitive information, documents, and discussions.
  • Event Planning: Assist with the planning and execution of company events, conferences, or internal gatherings as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring all documents are easily accessible and up-to-date.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Experience: 1 years of experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and a positive attitude.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
