Job Summary:
Ridh the Fabric Studio is looking for a highly motivated and organized Executive Assistant (EA) to support the senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will serve as a personal assistant and provide administrative support to the company. This role requires proficiency in English, Excel, and strong attention to detail. We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in similar roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the executives and management team
• Manage scheduling, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other communications
• Assist in managing documents, reports, and data entry tasks, especially using Excel
• Maintain filing systems and ensure smooth operation of day-to-day activities
• Perform personal assistant tasks as required by the senior leadership team

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (must be able to create reports, maintain spreadsheets, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar EA or personal assistant role
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and time management skills
