Job Description

As an Executive Assistant at Coimbatore, India, your role will involve managing the executive's calendar, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and maintaining confidentiality. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. - Preparing and organizing necessary documentation for meetings, presentations, and reports. - Handling correspondence on behalf of the executive, including drafting, reviewing, and responding to emails and letters. - Planning and coordinating internal and external meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring meeting logistics. - Attending meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items as needed. - Screening and prioritizing incoming requests for the executive's time. - Arranging domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. - Preparing expense reports and handling reimbursement claims. - Maintaining strict confidentiality and ensuring sensitive information is protected. - Organizing and maintaining files, records, and documentation efficiently. - Serving as a point of contact between the executive and other stakeholders, both internal and external. - Handling phone calls, messages, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate person or department. - Ensuring the smooth running of the executive's office, managing office supplies and equipment. - Assisting with personal tasks for the executive when necessary. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software. - Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - High level of professionalism and discretion. - Strong problem-solving and time-management skills. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Flexibility to handle a variety of tasks and adapt to the executive's changing priorities.,
