Looking for Female Secretary who is presentable with a pleasant personality with good English communication skills IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY Salary Up to: ₹30,000/- per month Location: Mumbai Central Manage payments, subscriptions, AMCs etc for Director and family Capture and follow-up on key meetings and presentations Helping drive completion of key deliverables and following up on outstanding action items Schedule meetings and appointments Should be able to maintain confidentiality of work handled Manage travel itineraries - provide support for domestic and international travel; VISA assistance wherever required; accommodation and other travel logistics Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner Format information for internal and external communication memos, emails, presentations, reports Organize and maintain the office filing system Prioritize meetings and follow-ups on requested items as needed Perform other related duties as assigned, including replacing and backstopping for others as required.
