Personal Secretary

Looking for Female Secretary who is presentable with a pleasant personality with good English communication skills

IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY
Salary Up to: ₹30,000/- per month
Location: Mumbai Central

• Manage payments, subscriptions, AMCs etc for Director and family
• Capture and follow-up on key meetings and presentations
• Helping drive completion of key deliverables and following up on outstanding action items
• Schedule meetings and appointments
• Should be able to maintain confidentiality of work handled
• Manage travel itineraries - provide support for domestic and international travel; VISA assistance wherever required; accommodation and other travel logistics
• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
• Format information for internal and external communication memos, emails, presentations, reports
• Organize and maintain the office filing system
• Prioritize meetings and follow-ups on requested items as needed
• Perform other related duties as assigned, including replacing and backstopping for others as required.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
