Position: Office Assistant (Full Time) Experience Required: Minimum 5 years Location: AS Rao Nagar, Hyderabad Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month Qualification: Graduate or Undergraduate (B.Com preferred) Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day office administration & coordination Client communication & follow-ups Purchase order follow-ups with suppliers/vendors Uploading & participating in Government tenders (limited tender participation — support will be provided) Preparing and sending marketing materials to customers Creating basic marketing creatives/materials Maintain records, documentation & data entry in computer systems Work independently with a proactive and quick-learning attitude Requirements: Minimum 5 years of hands-on office experience Strong MS Office skills (especially Word & Excel — mandatory) Excellent English speaking and communication skills Experience dealing with international companies is a plus (we work with Swiss, Taiwan, UK, UAE companies) Familiarity with AI tools (for content/administration) is an added advantage Strong dedication to time and work ethics Ability to multitask and work smartly without constant supervision How to Apply: Interested candidates can send their updated resume to [k.siddharth@orionn.in]
