About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie (CDP) to join as a Home/Personal Chef in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong culinary skills, creativity, and the ability to deliver high-quality meals with consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
• Manage the kitchen efficiently while maintaining hygiene and food safety standards.
• Monitor stock, minimize wastage, and assist in inventory management.
• Collaborate to create innovative menus and meal plans as per preferences.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a CDP, preferably in Indian cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of spices, traditional techniques, and modern presentations.
• Ability to work independently in a private setting.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Team player with leadership qualities.
• Qualification from a recognized culinary institute (preferred, not mandatory).
