We are hiring for an Esteem client in Mumbai location for the post for Personal Assistant.

ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: ACCOUNTABILITIES ACTIVITIES

1 Accompanying to Events - domestic and international

o Personally accompany the client to high-profile events. o Manage the logistics of the client’s schedule, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.

o Handle any last-minute changes or adjustments, such as seating arrangements or transportation. o Serve as the client’s point of contact during events, managing any unforeseen circumstances or guest interactions on their behalf

. o Ensure the client is fully prepared for each event, including outfit coordination, briefings on important guests, and managing any last-minute changes.

o Be present during the event to manage any unexpected situations (e.g., dealing with media or ensuring privacy) and make sure the client’s needs are met at all times.

2 Personalized Support

o Coordinate personal travel, transportation, and accommodations for clients attending events.

o Assist with managing the client’s calendar, ensuring they are prepared for upcoming events and meetings.

o Provide discreet assistance with any personal or professional matters before, during, or after events

3 Executive Support:

Experience: 5+ years relevant
