Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage cash handling activities, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations.
Provide exceptional customer service by resolving queries and concerns related to accounts, transactions, and services offered by the bank.
Ensure accurate processing of financial transactions through efficient teller operations and branch banking processes.
Maintain a high level of accuracy in performing daily tasks such as account opening, maintenance, and closure.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and promote bank's products & services.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-6 years of experience in PB/PBA roles or similar positions in banking industry.
Strong knowledge of cash management systems, current account operations, saving account procedures.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers at all levels.
