Personal Banker (Sales)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquisition, enhancement, and retention of customers by providing best-in-class banking services.
  • Drive sales of banking products (CASA, insurance, investments, loans, etc.) to meet business targets.
  • Serve as a dedicated point of contact for customers, ensuring a superior banking experience.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and retail customers.
  • Cross-sell banking products based on customer needs and ensure revenue growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and banking guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
  • 14 years of experience in sales/relationship management (preferably in BFSI sector)
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and sales orientation may also apply
