Job Description: You will be part of ESAF Small Finance Bank and have the opportunity to join as Branch Head, Gold Loan Officer, or BDO/BDM at their Surat location. The walk-in interview will be held at 21st Century Building, Ground Floor, Near World Trade Centre, Udhana Darwazha, Surat 395002 on 06-09-2025 from 09:00 AM to 03:00 PM. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the branch operations efficiently and effectively as a Branch Head. - Handle gold loan processing and customer interactions as a Gold Loan Officer. - Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive business growth as a BDO/BDM.
