Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective banking strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs.
Provide expert advice on various banking products and services.
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients while acquiring new ones.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of banking solutions.
Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with banking operations.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate risks.
Experience working in the BFSI industry, preferably in a similar role.
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and regulatory requirements.
