Personal Banker Classic

As a Personal Banker Classic, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Classic customers, providing personalized banking solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely service and cross-selling of bank products.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage relationships with Classic banking customers to enhance value and engagement.
Drive cross-selling of banking products such as accounts, loans, insurance, and investment solutions.
Achieve targets related to revenue, product penetration, and customer acquisition.
Handle servicing requests, queries, and complaints of Classic customers.
Ensure compliance with banks internal processes and RBI guidelines.
Maintain high standards of customer service and relationship ethics.
