Role & responsibilities

• Manage the

  Classic Portfolio

  of high-value customers in the branch.
• Provide

  personalized banking services

  and ensure superior customer experience.
• Build and maintain

  strong relationships

  with Classic customers through regular interactions and portfolio reviews.
• Achieve targets for

  cross-selling

  banking and third-party products investments, insurance, loans, and cards.
• Ensure

  timely servicing

  of customer requests related to accounts, investments, and transactions.
• Maintain

  high service standards

  , compliance with KYC/AML norms, and audit guidelines.
• Identify opportunities for

  upgrading customers

  to higher value segments.
• Coordinate with branch operations for smooth account opening, fund transfers, and issue resolution.
  
• Generate

  leads and referrals

  through catchment activities and existing relationships.
• Support the Branch Manager in driving overall branch performance and profitability.
  

Candidate Profile:

• Education:

  Graduate / Post-Graduate (any stream).

• Experience:

  3–8 years in retail branch banking, customer servicing, or relationship management. (Freshers with excellent communication skills may be considered for trainee PB roles.)
• Strong understanding of

  banking products

  – CASA, FD, RD, Loans, Insurance, Mutual Funds, and Cards.
• Excellent

  communication, presentation, and interpersonal

  skills.

• Customer-focused attitude

  with ability to build long-term relationships.
• Goal-oriented, confident, and able to handle high-value customers with professionalism.
  
• Proficiency in

  MS Office and banking systems

  .
• Fluency in

  English, Hindi, and local language (Bengali preferred)

  for Kolkata branches.
