Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director in the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy access to information.
Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments with precision and attention to detail.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or MBA/PGDM from a recognized institution.
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, coupled with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
