Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Assist the MD in day-to-day operations, including correspondence, task management, and overall schedule coordination. Calendar Management: Organize and maintain the MD’s calendar by planning appointments, meetings, events, and travel itineraries (domestic and international). Meeting & Event Coordination: Schedule, organize, and prepare materials for meetings, conferences, and business events. Take minutes and follow up on action items. Communication Handling: Attend phone calls, manage emails, and communicate on behalf of the MD with internal departments, external stakeholders, and international clients. Travel & Logistics: Manage end-to-end travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, transport, visa processing, and itineraries. Documentation & Filing: Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents. Maintain proper filing systems for confidential and administrative records. Follow-ups & Task Tracking: Ensure timely follow-up on delegated tasks and projects. Monitor progress and report updates to the MD. Expense & Office Management: Track expenses, manage reimbursements, and handle administrative office duties as required Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
