Personal Assistant to the Owner Company Name: Indian Ocean Location: Near Gurugram, Sector 99, Dhankot Job Summary: Indian Ocean is hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Owner with both business and personal tasks. This role demands strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to manage communications and schedules efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Manage the Owner’s daily calendar, appointments, and schedules Coordinate meetings, travel plans, and logistics Handle phone calls, messages, and emails on behalf of the Owner Assist with business operations, follow-ups, and vendor communication Maintain proper documentation and records Support with errands and personal tasks as needed Ensure discretion and confidentiality at all times Candidate Requirements: Prior experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant preferred Excellent communication skills in English . Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email) Highly organized, punctual, and dependable Graduate preferred Able to handle tasks independently and multitask effectively Work Timings: Monday to Saturday – 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Salary Range: ₹16,000 to ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and performance) Preferred Candidate: Female candidates preferred Should reside near Sector 99, Dhankot (Gurugram) or surrounding areas for easier commute Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹10,214.72 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Monday to Friday Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
