Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and personal support to the [Manager/Director/Executive]. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple tasks with discretion and professionalism. Key Responsibilities:Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the executive. Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documents. Maintain confidential records, files, and important documents. Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Assist with personal tasks, errands, and day-to-day requirements as needed. Coordinate events, conferences, and meetings. Track expenses, prepare reimbursements, and manage petty cash (if required). Ensure smooth communication between the executive and teams. Perform other administrative and organizational tasks as assigned.
