Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Personal Assistant – Project Coordinator to support our construction project operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in civil engineering or construction management, with strong experience in site coordination, scheduling, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with project managers and site teams to ensure timely execution
• Maintain schedules, reports, and documentation
• Assist with communication between departments and clients
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates
• Handle administrative tasks and follow-ups as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of experience in construction or project coordination
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic project tracking tools
• Based in or willing to relocate to Tirupur

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
