Job Description

Location: Borivali

Experience 1 - 2 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the EA in managing executive schedules, ensuring accurate calendar coordination across time zones.
  • Assist in organizing domestic and international travel, including flight and train bookings, hotel reservations, and local transportation.
  • Maintain and update detailed checklists and task trackers to ensure timely completion of responsibilities.
  • Prepare travel itineraries, including agendas, booking confirmations, and expense tracking.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for meetings and follow-ups.
  • Manage reminders, recurring tasks, and flag urgent or pending items for attention.
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to the EA and executive team as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
