Job Description

You will be working as a Personal Assistant at Odmantis Pvt Ltd, a leading IT company. Your role will involve providing high-level administrative support to executives and the management team. This includes managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently. You will be responsible for handling incoming communication and correspondence in Gujarati, Hindi, and English, organizing and maintaining files and records, coordinating meetings, and assisting with personal tasks as required by the executive team. Key Responsibilities: - Provide high-level administrative support to executives and the management team. - Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. - Handle incoming communication and correspondence in Gujarati, Hindi, and English. - Organize and maintain files and records. - Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary materials. - Assist with personal tasks as required by the executive team.
