Role Overview

highly organized, proactive, and polished Personal Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Founder's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-ups on action items.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and communication on behalf of the Founder.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation as needed.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders professionally.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Support in organizing business events, conferences, and key engagements.
• Assist in tracking key deliverables, timelines, and daily priorities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools.
• Professional demeanor, discretion, and reliability.
