Job Description: We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our daily business operations. The ideal candidate will be reliable, presentable, and capable of handling both administrative and personal coordination tasks efficiently. Responsibilities: Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the reporting manager Handle communication on behalf of the manager (calls, emails, messages) Perform basic office and administrative tasks Coordinate travel and logistics arrangements if needed Maintain files and records Provide daily assistance for smooth workflow Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience in admin or assistant role Basic knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, etc.) Good communication and time management skills Trustworthy and responsible Flexible and quick learner Must carry Resume and Aadhaar card for the interview
