Personal Assistant

Hiring personal assistant/Operations and Growth Assistant to support the smooth running and expansion of our popsicle business in Pune. The role combines daily operational support, content and marketing activities, lead generation, and administrative assistance. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and able to balance customer-facing tasks with behind-the-scenes responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Operations & Customer Support Ensure carts are neat, clean, and welcoming. Interact with customers to create a positive brand experience. Supervise staff stationed at carts and report directly to the Employer. Track stock counts and maintain sales records across all locations. Growth & Lead Generation Identify and generate quality leads for: Sub-franchise opportunities New cart/store locations Events and catering opportunities Market intelligence (competition, trends, pricing, etc.) Connect with the right contacts and pass leads to the Employer for deal closure. Marketing & Content Creation Create and manage engaging social media posts. Conduct photoshoots and video shoots for promotions. Edit photos and videos for campaigns. Administrative Support Maintain Excel sheets and business records as instructed. Provide secretarial and event support to the Employer. Attend events, meetings, and parties alongside the Employer. Work Schedule Tuesday to Sunday (Monday weekly off) 6 hours per day, 6 days per week
