Personal Assistant

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Personal Assistant

In this role, you will:

• Responsible for administrative and secretarial support to Senior Executives
• Handle confidential matters and material in a discrete manner
• Proactive diary management example arranging internal and external meetings; moving meetings to balance workload; avoiding diary conflicts; booking rooms and conferencing equipment and taking meeting minutes, where required, ensuring papers/agendas are collated/distributed in advance of meetings
• Deal effectively with incoming email correspondence, delegating correspondence where appropriate, drafting replies, and ensuring that follow up takes place
• Support with onboarding of new employees, including arranging relevant system access, ordering equipment and arranging building access
• Managing delegated authorizations in systems including ServiceNow
• Prepare Power Point Presentations and Excel templates on daily basis

To be successful, you will:

• Graduation or post graduation in any stream
• 2 - 4 years of experience in administrative role,experience in managing calendars,diaries,stakeholder management
• Work collaboratively with the members of business support team as well as with the wider team take ownership of appropriate tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ,stakeholder management ,diary management,governance meetings,calendar management
• Investment Product knowledge would be advantageous
