Role OverviewWe are looking for a female Personal Assistant to provide dedicated administrative and personal support to KG Sir and Mridula Madam. The role requires flexibility to work fungible between the office and their residence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand instructions clearly and deliver tasks with quick turnaround.Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and personal assistance to KG Sir and Mridula Madam.
• Manage schedules, appointments, reminders, and coordination between office and residence.
• Handle calls, messages, emails, and basic documentation.
• Assist with coordination of meetings, travel arrangements, and follow-ups.
• Execute assigned tasks efficiently with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Support ad-hoc tasks as required.

Essential Criteria

• Gender: Female
• Age: 23 to 27 years
• Residence: Living closer to South Mumbai (preferred)
• Language Skills: Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken and written)
• Technical Skills: Tech-savvy; comfortable using smartphones, email, WhatsApp, MS Office, and basic digital tools
• Strong comprehension skills with the ability to understand instructions clearly and deliver results promptly
• Well-organized, proactive, and dependable

Compensation

• Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Working Arrangement

• Role requires working between office and residence
• Flexibility in working hours may be required based on work needs
