Job Description

Veegaland Homes is looking for a dynamic, trustworthy, and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Chairman & Managing Director (CMD). This role requires a confident professional who can handle executive-level coordination with discretion, efficiency, and a personal touch. In addition to assisting the CMD in his day-to-day activities, the candidate will also contribute to company-wide administrative and HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the CMD’s personal calendar, appointments, meetings, Interviews and travel plans.
  • Handle and update his social media profiles, assist with PR content, and manage online communications.
  • Assist in drafting emails, messages, and content for public communication.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CMD.
  • Support Admin and HR departments in routine operational tasks, documentation, and internal communication.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exhibit discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Assist with photo/video content creation, basic editing, and media management when required.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (written and verbal).
  • Smart and presentable personality with the confidence to work closely with a high-profile individual.
  • Common sense, discretion, and sound judgment in all interactions and decisions.
  • Strong coordination skills, willingness to learn and adapt, and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Loyalty, punctuality, and professionalism in every aspect of the role.
  • Basic knowledge of social media management, journalism, photography, and video editing is a strong advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree/ Masters Degree in Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree/ Masters Degree in any field.
  • Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
