Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities which will assist this organization's leadership. In this position, you should feel comfortable coordinating calendar appointments, managing communications, and planning events, as necessary.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing communications
  • Schedule travel
  • Planning events
  • Sending mail to the customers.
  • Co-ordinate with Customer’ s and BDE s , clients
  • Responsible to conduct the client Meetings, calendar scheduling & email.
  • Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with backend teams for appropriate requirements.
  • Preparing Business Plans, Quotation and Invoicing.
  • Preparing Agenda & Minutes.


Prepare and review reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and finished documents relative to

executive's assignment.

Develop and maintain effective business contacts with vendors and services Complete and submit expense reports.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
  • Ability to travel
