🚀 We’re Hiring: Personal Assistant to the Founder Are you organized, flexible, and creative? Do you want to work side by side with an entrepreneur building exciting projects in fashion, leather goods, *Vanhugo Coffee*, and podcasting? We are looking for a *Personal Assistant* who will directly support our Founder in Kolkata. This is not a standard secretarial role — it’s diverse, hands-on, and every day is different. ### What you’ll do: * Manage the Founder’s meetings, agenda, and daily workflow. * Coordinate and plan new podcast episodes: guests, recording, and release schedules. * Support the launch of *Vanhugo Coffee* this month with planning, coordination, and follow-up. * Join meetings, take notes, and ensure follow-through on action points. * Assist with organization, communication, and project deadlines. ### What we’re looking for: * Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken). * Good Excel and organizational skills. * Flexible, proactive, and able to handle diverse tasks. * Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. ### What’s in it for you: You’ll work directly with the Founder — no layers in between — and be part of exciting ventures in fashion, leather goods, coffee, and media.
