We require a candidate to assist the founder in day-to-day operations, communications, and calendar management, along with good skills/ideas in content creation (video/text) and an interest in spirituality and meditation.

Designation - Marketing and Communications Assistant/Personal Assistant

Location - North Goa (open to travel in India and internationally)

Qualification - Graduate

Exp - 1+ Years in the specific domain. Freshers can also apply.

Salary Range - around 30k per month

Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for a Personal Assistant at Soulversity. We require a candidate to assist the founder in delivering courses and training, day-to-day operations, communications, and coordinating between teams. Skills/interest in content creation (video/text) would be an added advantage. Interest in spirituality and meditation is a must.

The ideal candidate would be one who loves meditation, spiritual growth and self-development. If you love it then only apply. Also, you must be fun-loving, always happy, creative, and curious with a big smile on your face. You have to be open to living in Ashrams, Co-living places, Hostels, and Communities as required.

● Willing to move to places as required.

● Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal- in English.

● Ability and confidence to communicate and handle international participants.

● Ability to multitask and prioritize jobs.

● Ability to communicate with new people/students from different countries.

● To be able to help create and set up various meditation-related events.

● Attention to detail.

● Excellent time management and multitasking skills.

● Hands-on experience with various AI tools

● Ability to respond on the Founder's behalf. Written communication, politeness, assertiveness in behaviour and communication.

● Ability to understand a topic and develop content around it.

● Understanding of social media.

● Open to travel in India and abroad as required.
