Position: Personal Assistant & Accounts Executive

Location: Noida

Job Summary

We are looking for a Personal Assistant & Accounts Executive who will provide efficient administrative and personal support to management while independently handling day-to-day accounting functions. The ideal candidate should have a good personality, be smart-working, and possess strong teamwork and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Personal Assistant (PA) Responsibilities

  • Provide personal and administrative support to senior management.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Draft emails, letters, reports, and official communications.
  • Handle confidential documents and information with discretion.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and commitments on behalf of management.

Accounts Executive Responsibilities

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchase, expense, receipts).
  • Prepare invoices, quotations, and follow up on payments.
  • Handle bank transactions, reconciliations, and petty cash.
  • Maintain GST records, returns coordination, and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate with CA for audits, taxation, and statutory filings.
  • Maintain vendor, customer, and ledger records accurately.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and accounting software (Tally preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Smart working, proactive, and result-oriented approach.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (B.Com preferred).
  • Additional certification in accounting or office administration is a plus.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience working in a similar PA & Accounts role.
  • Exposure to office coordination and vendor management.
  • Experience in handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
