Job Description

Role & responsibilities

To manage overall Channel persistency- 13 months and FYRP for Websales channel.
To ensure that channel targets are met wrt to above persistency buckets
To work closely with the Persistency team at HO and other stakeholders for proper recon of the pending /due base.
To ensure that NACH is getting attached on all cases and track NACH registration till success in the system.
Publish persistency data for the channel with respective source- In house call centre/Partners
Have regular discussion with the sourcing teams for timely renewal of the policies
Manage HNI cases/ Customer grievance during the time of renewal payment
Partnership management- Share visibility on Persistency numbers (Target vs Achievement) and highlight -vely impacting factors and work together for the resolution.
Sharing visibility to ELI team on the Action plan and execution for meeting the desired numbers and ensure that the proper tracking/ Recon and governance is done on the same.
