Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Premium Acquisition Manager located on-site in Mumbai. The Premium Acquisition Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring premium customers, managing and nurturing client relationships, developing and executing acquisition strategies, and achieving sales targets. Additional tasks may include coordinating with internal departments, creating detailed reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer acquisition, sales, and client relationship management
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis for reporting purposes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective acquisition strategies
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience in the financial services sector is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
