Job Overview: We are a fast-growing startup in the fragrance industry, seeking a young, energetic, and dynamic Perfume Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about perfumes, confident in sales, and driven to grow with the brand. Key Responsibilities: Actively pitch and sell perfumes to clients via cold calls, walk-ins, and on-field visits Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and customer interactions Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and assist clients in selecting the right fragrance Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Participate in promotional activities and events as required Provide feedback from the field to help improve product offerings and strategy Candidate Requirements:1–3 years of proven experience in perfume/cosmetic sales or a similar field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident in cold calling and client presentations Self-driven, enthusiastic, and results-oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a small, growing team Must be flexible to travel locally for client meetings and promotional events Basic computer skills for managing sales and inventory records Why Join Us?
