Performance Testing

You should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IT Performance Testing. Your expertise should include Test Planning, Test Estimation, Test Strategy, Workload Design, Test Cases Design, Test Environment Setup, Test Data Setup, Defect Management & Configuration Management. You should be proficient in Performance Testing tools such as Jmeter or Performance Center. Your responsibilities will include executing Benchmark, load, stress, endurance and other non-functional tests, as well as monitoring application logs to determine system behavior. In addition, you will be expected to analyze the CPU utilization, Memory usage, Network usage, Garbage Collection, DB Parameters, and DB Reports to verify the performance of the applications. Your technical skills should include proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript), databases (e.g., SQL), and an understanding of operating systems and networking. You should also have familiarity with modern performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, and monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic. An analytical mindset is essential for this role as you will be required to analyze complex systems, diagnose performance issues, and recommend solutions.,
