Job role : Performance Tester(Early Joiners Prefered)

Must Have Experience: performance testing ,
Requirement Gathering (NFR & Planning)
Basic & Advanced Scripting (JMeter / LoadRunner)Workload Modeling & TPS DistributionPerformance Monitoring, Identifying Bottlenecks & TuningOthers (Cloud Platform Exposure/Log analysis/GC/Kubernetes/CI-CD/etc)
•Understanding of the application functionality and Non Functional requirements along with SLA's defined.
•Must be able to gather the NFR details and Plan performance testing strategy
•Strong engineering Knowledge. Able to identify the issue by analyzing The Db and app server logs and metrics.
•Should have knowledge on any cloud services like Azure.
•Identifying the test scenario's to validate the performance of key business functions and certifying the NFR requirements.
•Identify the test environment, test data and access needs.
•Create performance test plans, baselines, execute planned tests.
•Analyze test results and call out any discrepancies against the SLA's.
•Maintain flexible work schedules driven by test environment availability.
•Provide ad-hoc performance testing/load generation for support of development tasks.
•Instrumentation Design and Configuration
•Transaction Profiling & Application Characterization
•Conduct, when necessary, and review results of transaction profiling
•Response Time Modeling
•Design & Build Load Testing
•Assist with Troubleshooting & System Tuning
•Speeds & Feeds Customization
•Lead all performance test reviews
•Lead review of actual versus predicted performance
•Review all performance test artifacts for comment and approval. Shoulld be able to write and distribute risk assessment
•Publish performance analysis reports and conduct review sessions with all the stakeholders.
