Performance Tester

Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Performance Testing Lead with strong expertise in performanceand automation testing to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of planning,executing, and analyzing performance tests while also contributing to automation testing initiativesduring non-peak performance testing periods. Prior experience in the healthcare domain testing ishighly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance testing activities, including planning, scripting, execution,
  and reporting.
  


• Utilize performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, and Jenkins to evaluate
  system behavior under load.
  


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand performance requirements and
  Identify performance bottlenecks.
  


• Maintain and execute automation test suites using Selenium (Java) and Appium for both
  web and mobile platforms (Android & iOS).
  


• Support continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) processes through automated test
  executions.
  


• Analyze test results and work closely with development and infrastructure teams to drive
  performance improvements.
  


• Participate in test planning, estimation, and status reporting.


• Mentor junior team members and enforce testing best practices.


• Stay updated with emerging tools and technologies in testing.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of experience in software testing with at least 4 years in performance testing.


• Hands-on experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, and Jenkins.


• Strong automation testing experience using Selenium with Java and Appium.


• Proficiency in mobile test automation (Android and iOS).


• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integrating tests into pipelines.


• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.


• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
